It appears there is a replacement for Kara Homes as the Aberdeen Forge redeveloper. It is also known that Hovnanian has walked away from the Mirror Lake portion of the redevelopment.

Wilson-Aberdeen Associates has been "provisionally recognized" as the Redeveloper for Aberdeen Forge. This designation expires February 29, 2008. Wilson-Aberdeen Assoc. is the owner of the majority of the land for the project. This was decided in executive session. It is ordinance 2007-129. | ||||||||
