NY/NJ Baykeeper has accepted the task of administrating the program.

Having been established for fifteen years and having prior experience

in vessel pump out service for 3 years, the Baykeeper brings to the

project the skills and expertise to manage the program and funds.

Bayshore Regional Watershed Council is providing fundraising help as well as contact and publicity re- sources along with their area wide understanding of the Bayshore.

Keyport Yacht Club has agreed in principal to provide initial funding of $55,000.00 for vessel construction.

NJ Marine Science s Consortium administrates the funding for the project and approves and monitors the ongoing program. This includes a 5 year commitment to operate

and secure funding for the program prior to vessel construction.
