Please try to include as much information as possible, such as to the location and exact nature of the incident. If you prefer, you may contact the BayKeeper anonymously.

In addition, please contact government agencies to report the incident, especially if the incident is an emergency.

MONMOUTH COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT : An Environmental Duty Officer is available 24 hours a day to respond to complaints regarding air, water, hazardous materials, and solid waste. Please call the Monmouth County Health Department at (732)431-7456 for assistance. When calling the Monmouth County Health Department after hours (after 4:30 p.m.), a recorded message will be heard. Please stay on the line and wait for a connection to an operator. If the complaint is a non-emergency, please call only during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
