| Membership Information Voting Member: Any person residing in the Represented Area, 18 years of age or older, who agrees with the mission and purpose of the Alliance and will support the Alliance in accomplishing its mission and purpose, may be enrolled as a voting member upon payment of the annual dues Associate Member. Any person, who agrees with the mission and purpose of the Alliance and will support the Alliance in accomplishing its’ mission and purpose, may be enrolled as an associate member upon payment of the annual dues. Associate members shall not have the privilege to vote, nor to nominate candidates for the executive committee, but they shall have other privileges and responsibilities.
Fiscal Year. The fiscal year of the Alliance shall be from January 1st. to December 31st. Annual Dues. The annual dues for members of the Alliance shall be $20 per voting member, and $5 per associate member, payable prior to the annual meeting. Members joining on October 1st or later shall be considered members for that year and the following year. Voting members and associate members failing to pay their annual dues prior to the annual meeting shall be formally dropped from membership status.
