Re: 12/21/06 Planning Board Meeting Results

At the Keyport Unified Planning Board (KUPB) meeting of 12/21/06.the following actions were taken: Case #06-10 Countryside Developers - Mixed Use Trailer Park & Duplexes. The applicant failed to obtain the 5 votes needed for approval of the use-variance required for this project. The vote was 4-2 in favor of the applicant. Case #05-26 Sulyman Kilic Brooks Ave. The KUPB approved the site plan for 3 duplexes.. Case #05-16 Beau Developers, East Front Street. The KUPB approved the site plan for 4 townhouses, 2 flats and two commercial units. Case #06-15 Ehbeck, 68 Main Street, Based on new architectural drawings, the KUPB approved the applicant's proposal to expand a third floor of a two-family unit. Re: Council Reorganization Meeting 1/1/07

According to a notice posted at Borough Hall, the annual Keyport Borough Council (KBC) reorganization meeting will start at 12:00 noon at the "all purpose room" at the Central School on Broad Street. This meeting will cover "appointments and matters as appropriate to reorganization".
