  Re: 3/6/07 Special Joint KBC - Harbor Commission Meeting
 
The Keyport Borough Council (KBC) has scheduled "a Special Joint Meeting with the Keyport Harbor Commission for this Tuesday 3/6/07 at 6:00 PM at Borough Hall for the purpose of reviewing the status of the New Jersey Bulkhead/Promenade and Pier Replacement Project and Preliminary Planning Options for a possible new Waterfront Park...." This meeting will be open to the Public.
 

Re: 3/6/07 KBC Regular Meeting  

The following items are listed on the agenda for this Tuesday's regular Keyport Borough Council (KBC) meeting which starts at 8:00 PM:

  • Introduction of Ordinance - Control of Soil Removal or soil fill . This ordinance was to be reworked since the last KBC meeting.  
  •   Introduction of Ordinance - Bond Ordinance to improve Cedar Street.
  • Introduction of Ordinance - Storage Container Ordinance.
 
 
Re: 3/15/07 Planning Board Meeting
 
The next regular meeting of the Keyport Unified Planning Board (KUPB) has been scheduled for Thursday 3/15/07 starting at 7:00 PM. There is one application schedule for this meeting.
  • Raritan View Partners has applied to build eight attached single-family condominium units at 310 First Street on Block 135 Lot 10 & 11. These 8 multifamily units will replace an existing single-family home on an 89X 190 foot lot.  The applicant is proposing variances for multifamily use, front yard setback, rear yard setback, maximum lot coverage, and required parking spaces.
